The sole jurisdiction and venue of any action related to this website, the EOI and the RFP shall be the Ohio State Courts and the United States federal courts having within their jurisdiction the location of .jobs's principal place of business (Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA), and you and Employ Media LLC agree to submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
